We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead events and community growth in Australia.
This role is critical in rebuilding brand trust, local presence, and grassroots engagement for Binance in Australia. You will design and execute high-impact, compliant, and culturally relevant experiences that bring the brand closer to users — from intimate community meetups to large-scale activations.
You are someone who understands that in today’s environment, community = credibility, and every touchpoint matters.
\nEvent Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute end-to-end events:

Partner activations
Pop-ups / experiential campaigns
Own the full lifecycle: concept → vendor sourcing → execution → post-event reporting
Ensure all events are fully compliant with local regulations and internal policies
Develop “low-hype, high-trust” event formats aligned with current market sensitivity
Community Building & Engagement
Build and nurture a loyal local community (online + offline)
Identify and manage key community leaders / micro-KOLs
Create programs that encourage organic advocacy (not just incentives)
Own local channels (Telegram, Discord, meetups) with a strong brand voice and consistency
Brand & Reputation Rebuild (Critical)
Translate global brand into locally relevant, trust-driven messaging
Lead initiatives that position Binance as:
Responsible
Compliant
User-first
Partner with PR to ensure alignment between events, messaging, and media narrative
4. Partnerships & Local Collaborations
Identify and execute partnerships with:
Universities

Finance / investment groups
Lifestyle / culture spaces (cafés, co-working, etc.)
Build credible local alliances to strengthen brand perception
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track key metrics:
Event attendance & conversion (KYC, activation)
Community growth & engagement
Cost per acquisition (where applicable)
Continuously refine formats based on what actually works locally
Experience
4–7+ years in events, community, or brand marketing
Experience in Australia market is a must
Background in crypto, fintech, or startup environment preferred
Proven track record of executing high-quality, well-attended events
Skills & Mindset
Execution-first: You get things done, not just plan
Strong understanding of Australian culture and audience behavior
Ability to operate in a highly regulated, sensitive environment
