Job Brief:
We are looking for a proactive, data-obsessed Marketing Lead to own the growth function for IWill, iWaqf and Wahed Wills (which is Wahed’s online Islamic Wills offering). This isn’t a traditional marketing role, you will be accountable for building the customer funnel end-to-end, identifying key segments, defining acquisition channels, testing value propositions, and scaling awareness and adoption of Islamic Wills, Waqf, tax planning and related services. This person must think experimentally, obsess over metrics, and be ruthless about prioritisation, especially in a complex, culturally sensitive category like wills.

Job Description:Strategic Growth
- Define and drive the growth strategy for iWill, iWaqf and Wahed Wills: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
- Translate business objectives into measurable growth goals and channel-level KPIs.
- Build customer personas and segment audiences to tailor messaging and offers.
Acquisition & Activation
- Lead customer acquisition through digital channels (SEO, content, social, email, website).
- Generate and optimise landing pages, funnels, onboarding flows, and conversion paths.
- Run high-velocity experimentation — A/B tests, copy variations, offers, scripts, and UX patterns.
- Build on our digital footprint - overhaul our existing websites by creating new brand guidelines to bring them in line with Wahed’s brand identity and an agreed future growth strategy.
- Use innovative digital acquisition strategies such as online calculators, forms and onboarding options.
Retention & Lifecycle
- Establish frameworks to nurture users post-signup (emails, reminders, value education).Reduce churn and increase completion rates of Wills through behaviour triggers and support touchpoints.
- Work with functions to streamline the journey from lead → sign-up → Will completed.
Data & Analytics
- Build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and use quantitative insights to fuel decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities with a strong analytical lens.
- Use analytics tools to inform growth prioritisation and validate hypotheses.
Job Specification:Experience
- 4+ years in growth, performance marketing, product-led growth, or similar roles with measurable impact.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- Experience with data tools, funnel analytics, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
Skills
