  • Abstract and summarize scalable growth operational capabilities, learn from successful practices in various regions, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end market, R&D, and design teams, apply user-centric thinking, and empower business growth across regions.
  • 7+ years of experience in user growth, with knowledge of the financial industry preferred, especially in high-net-worth client wealth management, asset management, or banking.
  • Familiar with user acquisition channels and traffic characteristics in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and well-versed in internet product growth models.
  • Strong curiosity about growth and traffic conversion, with sensitivity to various traffic acquisition methods.
  • Proficient in data analysis, making decisions based on experiments and data to achieve rapid iteration and optimization.
  • Possess strong systematic thinking, adept at identifying core issues and solving them effectively, including leveraging existing resources to achieve goals.
