DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research Project Management
- Manage research needs for internal clients by overseeing projects, generating new research concepts, and fostering strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external research agencies.
- Undertake innovative or new research approaches under the guidance of the MR Head, ensuring the application of the latest methodologies and tools.
- Coordinate all aspects of research projects, from request for proposals (RFPs) to the final reporting and invoicing, ensuring seamless execution.
2. Insights Generation & Analysis
- Collaborate with internal clients to discuss research needs and objectives, while coordinating directly with agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Synthesize findings from research studies, integrating them with other data sources to deliver more comprehensive and actionable insights.
- Prepare concise executive reports summarizing key findings for senior management and decision-makers.
3. Stakeholder Management & Consultation
- Provide strategic advice and consultation to internal clients on business and marketing issues, leveraging consumer insights to guide decisions.
- Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with research agencies, ensuring their methodologies, data analysis, and presentations meet GCash's standards.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders in collaboration with research agencies, or independently if required.
4. Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Regularly audit the quality of research projects and outputs, providing recommendations for improvement to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a repository of research insights, creating a knowledge base for segmentation, market trends, and customer insights.
- Help promote customer-centric thinking across GCash by sharing insights and best research practices throughout the organization.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Train, coach, and mentor junior researchers, building their skills and competencies in research methodologies and project management.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the customer intelligence team and across other divisions.
