- Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the development and presentation of the business case.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, platforms, and partners to design suitable solutions for the initiative.
- Help in evaluating tools and technologies to be used as part of the solution design/architecture.
- Develop execution strategy and maintain program backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with delivery teams to prioritize features and enhancements aligned to the execution strategy and timeline.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Uphold a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value and ensuring product satisfaction.
- Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business
- Champions creation and maintenance of initiative reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboard / reports and other supplementary product materials
