RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall Lead in the Distributor Core Work Process
- Act as a link between GCash and the Distributor partner, ensuring that all Sales key performance indicators and objectives are aligned and met; Act as Business Consultants who examine and offer advice in terms of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Distribution to maintain the efficiency of Sales operations.
- Develops the Territory strategies, plans, and business building programs consistent with the Regional strategies, aimed at delivering business objectives and KPI's.
- Leads in the preparation of the Distributor Mgt. Business Reviews, Ops Meeting & the DSP Meeting
- With the collaboration of the Distributor Development Manager(DDM) & Distributor OM, develops and secures agreement on the distributor cycle business plan including the weekly planning on KPI Achievements.
- Trains the Distributor sales personnel on the basic skills needed to achieve the Business Objectives.
- Directly reports to the Regional Sales Head.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3-5 years experience in General Trade sales
- Has P&L understanding▪Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Willing to do heavy field work
- Exceptional presentation, influencing, organization and communication skills
- Must be dynamic, has passion for excellence, focused, results - driven, and goal-oriented
