The M365 Modern Workplace Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for designing and optimizing enterprise wide Microsoft 365 solutions. Salary for this role is: $115,000-$165,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Information Science or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 content and business solution platforms.
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Viva.
Experience with Power BI administration and Microsoft Fabric.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Strong background in information architecture, governance, and user adoption strategies.
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Strong verbal and written communication skill; with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions. - Business acumen in proposing feasible business solutions.
Self-directed; highly motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Knowledge in the area of NIST compliance strongly desired.
