Key aspects of the role include:
- Customer: Seamless operational support for the customers with concerns and complaints.
- Financial: Reconcile all loan transactions, including disbursements, payments, and adjustments, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process: Provision comprehensive list of discrepancies identified during reconciliation. Perform necessary transaction adjustments to align discrepancies identified.
- People: Provide timely and concise updates to management regarding transaction reconciliations ensuring that stakeholders are always informed.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with loan management systems and SQL knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently. Proven experience with transaction reconciliation and account review, preferably within the lending industry
