What You’ll Do

Guide the SRE team technically and operationally, mentor their development

Contribute to the system and infrastructure architecture to increase reliability and availability in production environments,

Execute end-to-end incident management processes, coordinate RCAs and produce permanent solutions,

Continuously improve the observation infrastructure (monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing)

Develop CI/CD processes with a focus on automation and security,

Monitor the performance of applications and services, perform capacity planning,

Contribute to the growth of the team by encouraging technical knowledge sharing,

Steering Papara’s technology vision by working in harmony with the Development and Infrastructure teams.

Who You Are?

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field,

7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position,

Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures,

Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud environments,

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD

Advanced knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog),

Understanding of Web Development Technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, C#)

Experience working with high-traffic systems with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization,

Strong communication skills and proven leadership capabilities in managing teams.
