 About the Role:

Unlimit is looking for a Lead Recruiter with deep expertise in US-based hiring, particularly for commercial and sales functions. If you have a strong track record of building high-performing go-to-market teams (BDRs, SDRs, AEs, Enterprise Sales) and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments — we want to hear from you.


This role is based in the US (San Francisco preferred) and will play a pivotal part in scaling our North American hiring. As a hands-on leader, you’ll own the full-cycle hiring process while also driving recruiting strategy, partnering with executive stakeholders, and mentoring other recruiters.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and commercial roles targeting the US market, with a focus on high-growth B2B segments
  • Act as a strategic hiring partner to regional leadership, advising on workforce planning and market trends
  • Own and continuously refine sourcing strategies for the US talent landscape
  • Guide and mentor junior recruiters involved in US sales hiring
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to ensure strong pipeline quality
  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and HR teams across time zones to align hiring with company growth
  • Champion candidate experience and continuously improve interview process standards
  • Track, report, and present pipeline health and hiring metrics to senior leadership
  • Contribute to building scalable recruiting operations and tools for our US expansion


What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior-level role
  • Proven success hiring sales and revenue roles in the US (BDR, SDR, AE, Enterprise, Partner Sales)
  • Excellent understanding of the US B2B SaaS / FinTech talent market
  • Hands-on sourcing and ATS experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent English communication (written & spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience leading a small team or mentoring other recruiters is strongly preferred
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, or open to hybrid with some onsite presence
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a scaling startup environment
