- Leads the conceptualization, planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of GCash Engagement initiatives.
- Partners with HR and other internal groups to craft and execute employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinates with event organizers and external vendors, and supervises their execution of company events and engagement programs.
- Partners with HRBPs, line managers, and various internal groups for the creation and execution of company-wide or group-specific engagement initiatives.
- Partners with employee interest groups, and supports and promotes their team activities.
- Supports other Employee Experience and Culture programs under Culture and Communications.
