Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Providing Level 2 support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime.
- Designing and implementing automation solutions using Python and scripting to reduce L2 manual efforts.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring application performance, system logs, and alerts, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Documenting known issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the knowledge base for continuous improvement
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in L2 application support or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Python scripting for automation and process optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting, query optimization, and database troubleshooting (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
- Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK Stack).
