Data Management and Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and manage the end-to-end process of the KYC (Know Your Customer) Data Issues Clean-up.

  • Develop and maintain DaaS (Data as a Service) scripts containing the final logic used for all implemented parameters in the clean-up.

  • Regularly validate the logic of the parameters in consultation with the Customer Data Controller Team to ensure they remain applicable and make necessary adjustments.

Data Review and Resolution:

  • Oversee the manual checking of all account details between Jarvis and ID by the Clean-up Agents.

  • Ensure the creation and approval of batch engine files for the Clean-up Team.

  • Assign accounts for checking and prepare separate Google Sheets for each Clean-up Agent.

  • Ensure that all accounts are returned in the output at least once depending on the number of applicable data issues they have.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Consolidate and report key insights/findings from the clean-up coming from agents and Data Lead.

  • Provide insights and analyses based on the findings of the agents on all dispatched accounts.

  • Summarize findings and assist in deriving key insights for further action.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure that customer information collected and modified during the KYC and Clean-Up processes is aligned with defined policies and procedures

  • Ensure data privacy and protection at all times in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • expertise in data science and analytics, including the ability to plan, drive, and evaluate data science solutions. This involves identifying data sources, applying appropriate data science techniques, and using specialized programming languages

  • Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Leading process improvements to drive efficiency and ensure continuous improvement in quality processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation Skills

  • Leadership : Influencing, negotiating and delegating abilities

  • Workforce Planning: Estimating the demand for people and skills, planning the supply needed to meet that demand, and maintaining a skills and capability inventory.

  • Consolidating and reporting key insights and findings, providing analyses based on data, and generating actionable insights

  • Continuous improvement in quality process both in internal teams and vendors

  • Regular review of QA scores and feedback loop to Ops and Training
