Position Overview:

We are seeking an excellent communicator and highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various Scrum teams and their daily tasks  within our organisation. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.

• 1- Scrum Team Management :
• Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines.

• 2- Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team.

• 3- Communication:
• Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.

• 4- Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.

• 1- Must haves:
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.

• 2- Nice to haves:
• PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
• Experience as a Project Manager.
