Position Overview:
We are seeking an excellent communicator and highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various Scrum teams and their daily tasks within our organisation. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities:- 1- Scrum Team Management :
- 1-1 Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints.
- 1-2 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines.2- Risk Management:
- 2-1 Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- 2-2 Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team.3- Communication:
- 3-1 Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders.
- 3-2 Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.4- Continuous Improvement:
- 4-1 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- 4-2 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:- 1- Must haves:
- 1-1 Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- 1-2 Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
- 1-3 Bachelor’s (or higher) degree.
- 1-4 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 1-5 Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.2- Nice to haves:
- 2-1 PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
- 2-2 Experience as a Project Manager.
