Role Overview

The Junior Enablement & Documentation Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of the new Salesforce system. This position is responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the new Salesforce Org and creating training materials that enable users to adopt the system correctly and confidently.

Documentation Governance

  • Create, organize, and maintain a centralized knowledge base (e.g., Notion wiki, process documentation, flow diagrams) covering:
  • New Salesforce flows and processes
  • Architecture decisions and policies
  • Operational guidelines and best practices
  • Ensure documentation remains up to date as the system evolves.
  • Maintain consistency, clarity, and structure across all documentation assets.

Training & Content Creation

  • Develop user-friendly training materials to support onboarding and system adoption, including:
    • Step-by-step guides and quick reference documents
    • Loom or screen-recorded training videos
    • Slide decks for live or asynchronous training sessions
    • Adapt content for different audiences and levels of system usage.
    • Support the transition of existing users to the new Salesforce Org.

Adoption Facilitation

  • Partner with functional and business leaders to ensure documentation and training materials are actively used.
  • Gather feedback from users to improve clarity and effectiveness of enablement content.
  • Help prevent the creation of technical debt caused by lack of knowledge or incorrect system usage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Open to recent graduates or early-career professionals.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Interest in systems, processes, and technology enablement.
  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, or academic projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, simple, and user-friendly materials.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, Slides).
  • Good communication skills in English.
