⭐ Your Mission
You will ensure Qontoers have the right tools, at the right time, by owning the day-to-day IT experience in the office: support, onboarding/offboarding, devices, and meeting rooms.
You will report to Bastien, our Lead IT Operations, and help scale a secure, reliable IT environment for 1,700+ employees.
🤖 Agentic AI mindset: You are curious and comfortable experimenting with AI assistants and agentic workflows to automate repetitive work, improve standards, and reduce recurring incidents (with clear guardrails).
👩💻🧑💻 As an IT Operations Specialist at Qonto, you will
• Support and assist: Be the first point of contact for IT support requests (access, internal tools, hardware), troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality customer care.
• Onboard and offboard: Prepare and run IT setup for new joiners, manage account lifecycle, and continuously improve the onboarding/offboarding experience.
• Own devices and inventory: Manage stock, ordering, audits, repairs, reuse, and recycling to keep the office running “right first time” and “just in time”.
• Keep meeting rooms reliable: Maintain A/V and videoconferencing setups, support office events, and resolve incidents quickly.
• Improve and scale: Strengthen documentation, automation, and processes to prevent issues from coming back.
