You’ll be part of our global (London, Warsaw, Krakow, Malta) AP Team of Accounting Specialists, which is a key component of a larger, global Finance and Accounting Department. This is a chance to expand your skills and learn from experienced professionals who play a crucial role in processing invoices, maintaining payment schedules, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves supporting the Team with month-end closings and ad-hoc requests.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Krakow office once a week.
What You’ll Do?
Assist in processing and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Help with the preparation and maintenance of payment schedules.
Support the Team in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Assist with a month-end process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
What Makes You a Good Fit?
Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (at least in the third year of studies).
Good command of Polish and English (B2 level).
Ability to work min. 35 hours weekly for 6 months.
Good MS Excel skills.
Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
A team player with good communication abilities.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of accounting standards.
