Responsibilities
1. Effectively funnel G4B and Non-G4B leads through Inbound Sales Account Managers, BPO and Aggregator Partners
2. Monitor flow through of applications and ensure conversion rate is par or exceeds industry standards
3. Drop-offs handling of B2B Commercial Products
4. Ensure target activity rate is maintained
5. Maintain a healthy pipeline and monitoring of small to medium account opportunities ensuring each Tier is properly graduated or downgraded
Sales Execution:
Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals when necessary
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the territory.
Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management
Product and Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
Provide ongoing training to the sales team on new products and services
Ensure that the team can effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
