About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the execution of HR operations and processes across designated regions. In this role, you will ensure that HR administration and coordination activities are performed in alignment with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable local legislation.

The role focuses on HR administration, coordination, data management, and operational support for line managers and employees. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate HR records, support HR initiatives, and contribute to a smooth and efficient employee experience.

Your daily activities as and HR Specialist will be:

  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including preparing HR documentation, reports and maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Confluence, Jira).
  • Assist line managers and employees with day-to-day HR related questions and administrative matters.
  • Support regional HR coordination activities, including relocation processes and related documentation.
  • Assist with employee vacation planning, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Support internal HR initiatives, including training coordination and maintaining training records.

You are best for this role if you have:

  • Higher education in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar support role preferred.
  • Basic understanding of labour legislation and HR processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR) and good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information, and work independently.
