About The Role
ViaBill is searching for a HR Assistant for recruiting and attracting top talent for open positions, including reviewing applications, phone interviews, scheduling on-site interviews, conducting tours, interviewing, and reference checks. Assisting the HR Department as needed.
In addition, you have a passion for people development and are driven to grow and scale ViaBill forward through the inevitable ups and downs of an earlier stage FinTech company.
This is a part-time hourly paid position based out of our Copenhagen headquarters location.

What you will do:- Maintain employee’s data in our HRIS system (BambooHR)
- Manage applicant flow and document the applicants appropriately in our company's ATS (Lever)
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Process new hire, termination and employee transfers
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience, actively follow up with recruitment and ensure background for potential new hires are complete
- Coordinate and organize company team events - football, Friday bar, Gaming night etc.
About you:- Bachelor's Degree is a must
- 1 year of administrative or internship experience
- You work in a very structured manner
- Big focus on execution and followup, excellent stakeholder management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and growth mindset
- You have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
