Weâre looking for a Hiring Operations Analyst to support our busy hiring function at Monzo. This is the ideal role for someone who is passionate about the impact of Data, and loves spotting opportunities to make hiring processes and projects smoother, slicker, and more efficient for everyone involved.
âAbout the role
Youâll be the only member of the Hiring Team solely dedicated to project and operational work. Youâll work closely with our Hiring Operations Lead as well as Recruiters, Recruiting Leads, Hiring Coordinators and Sourcers (as well as others across the business) to support and continuously improve our hiring processes. Youâll enable us to hire future Monzonauts quickly, efficiently and at scale, making sure weâre always giving a delightful candidate experience.
As Hiring Operations Analyst, youâll have a particular focus on data and analytics, with a skill for pulling, interpreting & cleaning data before making it easily accessible in dashboards. Youâll also spend time focussing on vendor management and improving candidate experience.
