This person will be in charge of:

• Drive the adoption and optimization of the ASAP Personalization Engine and other martech tools to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns at scale.
• Design and lead a taskforce that supports app transformation
• Assess and address gaps in the org design
• Setup the supply management track. Design a sustainable business model that allows incentivization at scale
• Lead product management team and delivery squad that supports the roadmap of ASAP
• Design and lead campaign operations org that supports the scale required in the business strategy
