The GTM Planner is responsible for planning and delivering integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns. The role works closely with Marketing Communications, Growth teams, Centers of Excellence, and partner agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and launched on time. This role focuses on strong project management, campaign execution, and collaboration across teams.
Lead the development of go-to-market plans in close coordination with Marketing Communications, Growth teams, and Centers of Excellence
Review campaign and communication briefs to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
Work closely with Communications Strategy and Creative teams to develop communication and creative strategies
Lead the development and execution of creative materials across different consumer touchpoints
Manage end-to-end campaign execution to ensure timely and smooth launches
Prepare integrated marketing campaign decks and present to key stakeholders and approvers
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (Creative, Media, Digital, PR) during campaign development
Consolidate feedback and approvals from cross-functional teams
Monitor campaign performance and prepare mid-campaign, post-campaign, and quarterly reports
Help optimize campaign costs and maximize ROI
Support achievement of product and use-case targets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Brand, Product, Creative Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media (agency or in-house)
Experience in project management and account management
Background in fintech or similar industries is a plus
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and communications strategy
Experience working with social media, digital platforms, media, and PR
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to work with and manage cross-functional teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Open to feedback and continuous learning
