We are looking for a part-time Growth Product Manager to improve onboarding, app engagement, and lifecycle journeys across our consumer sleep apps. This role will focus on helping more users complete key milestones, especially 36 nights of sleep tracking, by improving onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and CRM nudges across push notifications and email. The role will also partner with our German marketing teams to support growth initiatives that drive app downloads and improve conversion from acquisition into sustained engagement.
This is an ideal opportunity for a practical, hands-on product leader who has experience in consumer app growth, onboarding optimization, lifecycle/CRM, and retention. The ideal candidate is highly effective at identifying low-effort, high-impact improvements and can use the latest AI tools to accelerate UX recommendations, copy creation, prototyping, and product requirements while minimizing development effort and unnecessary experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Improve onboarding and activation experiences across SleepScore’s consumer sleep apps.
- Increase user engagement and progression toward key milestones, especially completion of 36 nights of sleep tracking.
- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys across push notifications, email, and in-app nudges to improve retention and habit formation.
- Partner closely with German marketing teams to support app growth initiatives that improve download-to-activation and acquisition-to-engagement conversion.
- Identify and prioritize lightweight product and UX improvements that are feasible within limited engineering capacity.
- Use product data, behavioral insights, and user journey analysis to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate across product, marketing, design, engineering, and CRM stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, ideation, prototyping, copy creation, and requirements development.
- Recommend practical experiments and improvements that maximize impact while reducing execution time and resource demands.
What You Bring
- Experience in product growth, lifecycle CRM, retention, or onboarding optimization for consumer apps.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, engagement, activation, retention, and habit-forming user journeys.
- Demonstrated ability to improve conversion and engagement through lifecycle touchpoints such as push, email, and in-app messaging.
- Strong product instincts with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics partners.
- Experience identifying high-impact, low-complexity product improvements in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and quality across analysis, UX thinking, prototyping, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate user behavior and growth opportunities into clear product actions.

- Experience working with international teams, including Germany-based stakeholders.
- Familiarity with subscription, engagement, or retention models in mobile or consumer digital products.
- Experience improving app store conversion, onboarding completion, and lifecycle-driven re-engagement.
- Experience working effectively in fractional or part-time product leadership roles.
- Bilingual English/German.
