Based within the Binance Global Creative Team, the Graphic Designer will create world-class design work for Binance, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
The role involves producing brilliant, compelling, and effective designs to meet all of Binance’s creative needs. The designer will consistently deliver modern, impactful, and inspiring creative assets that strengthen the global brand.
Reporting to the Global Design Lead, the Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the creative team and other internal departments. Responsibilities include producing digital graphics, merchandise designs, campaign materials, motion graphics, and communications across various channels such as social media, websites, events, digital marketing, out-of-home advertising, and more.
Additionally, the designer will provide guidance and support to junior designers and team members, assist the Global Lead with team administration, and serve as the primary point of contact for local marketing teams, primarily in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities:Creative Design Delivery
- Interpret and execute creative briefs to produce best-in-class design work for Binance’s MENASA region as well as global brand and product campaigns. This includes key visuals, design execution, events, social media, customer communications, and digital advertising.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and seasonal campaign creatives that align with the brand’s creative direction, maintaining a distinctive and on-brand look.
- Collaborate closely with design leads, senior designers, project managers, and copywriters to plan, create, and deliver integrated campaigns on schedule.
- Serve as the creative point of contact for EU local marketing teams, leading creative efforts on key regional and broader campaigns.
- Support acquisition and retention objectives by producing engaging digital creatives that drive awareness, traffic, and user engagement.
- Use campaign performance insights, provided by the brand design lead, to iterate, optimize, and enhance creative outputs continuously.
- Challenge conventions and innovate by identifying and implementing improvements in daily creative workflows.
- Create and deliver brand and content assets that align with Binance’s design standards and needs.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and relevant trends in branding, social media, and design.
Creative Operations
- Collaborate with senior designers and design leads to define and refine creative processes, ensuring efficiency and integration across projects.
- Work closely with the wider creative team and EU/global marketing partners—including social media, events, and campaign teams—to ensure a consistent and optimized omni-channel approach.
Team and Relationship Management
- Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to deliver work on time and to agreed standards.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the global creative team.
- Provide guidance and share expertise with junior team members, assisting in onboarding new designers.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and freelance resources to achieve project goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Binance Global and EU marketing teams and other business functions to support the Binance brand vision.
- Continuously challenge, question, and innovate to advance the team’s creative design, digital, and social media capabilities.
Key Requirements:

Design qualifications + experience: Qualified graphic/brand/digital designer with 5+ years in a creative team (global in-house or agency).

Fast-paced output: Proven ability to deliver high-volume, high-quality digital assets in a fast-moving online business (lifestyle/sports/fashion/crypto preferred) and meet tight daily/seasonal/project deadlines.

End-to-end design skills: Comfortable owning the full process from concept and design development through production/build, working within team best practices.

Tools: Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma; 3D software knowledge are a plus; familiar with task/project tools (e.g., Asana, Google Docs, Word, Excel).

Generative AI: Experience working with and utilizing generative AI is a plus

Brand/customer focus: Designs with the brand and customer at the center and brings strong creative thinking/idea generation and visual judgment.
