FX Trading Product & Operations Manager

FX Trading & Execution Oversight

• Actively monitor and manage FX and FX conversion trading activities across internal systems and external liquidity venues
• Ensure accurate and timely trade execution, routing, and post-trade processing across multiple liquidity providers
• Oversee client FX conversion flows and internal treasury hedging activities
• Identify, investigate, and resolve trade discrepancies, failed executions, and settlement issues in a timely manner
• Monitor real-time trading activity and escalate abnormal trading patterns, pricing anomalies, or system issues

Liquidity & Trading Infrastructure Management (FIX / Aggregation)

• Manage and maintain liquidity connectivity via aggregation platforms such as oneZero Hub or PrimeXM XCore
• Monitor FIX protocol sessions, including session stability, message flows, rejects, and latency
• Oversee pricing quality, spreads, and execution performance across multiple liquidity providers
• Configure and maintain symbol mapping, routing logic, execution rules, and LP connectivity within aggregation systems
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, vendors, and internal technology teams to resolve pricing, execution, and connectivity issues

Reconciliation & Settlement Control

• Perform and oversee daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations across internal systems and external counterparties
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, ensuring full audit trail and timely closure
• Ensure accurate and timely settlement of FX and FX conversion trades across all venues
• Maintain strict control over trade lifecycle integrity from execution to settlement

Operational Risk & Control Framework

• Enforce robust operational controls to ensure trading stability and infrastructure reliability
• Proactively identify and escalate trading incidents, system outages, FIX connectivity issues, or liquidity disruptions
• Monitor key risk indicators, including execution slippage, reject rates, latency, and failed trades
• Support and implement policies, SOPs, and control frameworks aligned with FX trading operations and regulatory expectations

Project Delivery & Liquidity Expansion

• Support FX product launches, trading system enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades
• Lead or support integration of new liquidity providers, aggregation platforms, and trading venues
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams on FX trading initiatives and strategic build-outs
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at

• Strong experience in FX trading operations, execution, or liquidity management

• Must have Hands-on experience with FIX protocol (session management, message flows, troubleshooting)
• Proven experience with aggregation platforms such as oneZero Hub, PrimeXM XCore, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of FX market structure, liquidity, pricing, and execution workflows
• Experience in trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, and settlement processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to operate in a real-time trading environment
