FX & Crypto Operations Senior Specialist / Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated FX & Crypto Operations professional to support and manage day-to-day trading operations across foreign exchange (FX), FX conversion, digital assets, and multi-asset trading systems.

This role will primarily focus on FX trading and FX conversion operations, including trade monitoring, liquidity connectivity, reconciliation, settlement, and operational risk management. The role will also support crypto trading operations and settlement workflows.

The candidate should possess strong technical aptitude and experience working with trading infrastructure, including liquidity aggregation platforms such as OneZero Hub or similar systems.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the role will also participate in project coordination and product initiatives to support the continued expansion of the firm’s FX and digital asset trading capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Trading & FX Conversion Operations

• Monitor FX, FX conversion, and digital asset trading activities across internal and external trading platforms
• Ensure smooth execution, routing, and settlement of trades across multiple liquidity venues
• Support FX conversion workflows for client transactions and internal treasury hedging
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, or failed transactions
• Monitor trading activity and escalate abnormal trading behaviour or system issues

2. Liquidity & Trading Infrastructure Management

• Manage and monitor liquidity connections via OneZero Hub or equivalent aggregation platforms
• Monitor pricing feeds, spreads, and execution quality from multiple liquidity providers
• Support configuration and maintenance of trading infrastructure including symbol mapping, routing rules, and LP connectivity
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve pricing or execution issues

3. Reconciliation & Settlement

• Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliation across internal systems and external counterparties
• •Investigate reconciliation breaks and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and liquidity providers
• Ensure timely settlement and reporting of FX, FX conversion, and digital asset trades

4. Operational Risk & Controls

• Maintain operational controls to ensure trading stability and system reliability
• Escalate incidents related to trade failures, system outages, or liquidity disruptions
• Support implementation of operational policies and procedures for FX and digital asset trading operations
• Ensure proper monitoring of trade lifecycle events and operational risk indicators

5. Project Coordination & Business Expansion Support

• Support product launches, trading system upgrades, and new liquidity integrations
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams on FX trading initiatives
• Assist in onboarding new liquidity providers, custodians, or trading venues
• Participate in initiatives aimed at expanding the firm’s FX trading and FX conversion capabilities

Requirements

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in FX trading operations, brokerage operations, or multi-asset trading support
• Experience supporting institutional trading platforms or electronic trading infrastructure
• Experience with FX liquidity aggregation platforms is highly preferred

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• FX market structure and trading workflows
• FX conversion flows and liquidity sourcing
• OneZero Hub (highly preferred) or similar systems such as PrimeXM or Integral
• Trade lifecycle including execution, clearing, reconciliation, and settlement
• FIX connectivity and electronic trading infrastructure (preferred)

Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong technical understanding of trading systems and liquidity connectivity
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and trading desks
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage operational risks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting FX conversion or multi-currency settlement workflows
• Experience working with liquidity aggregation platforms or smart order routing systems
• Experience supporting crypto or digital asset trading operations
• Exposure to institutional brokerage, prime brokerage, or multi-asset trading environments
