You’ll be part of a Sales & Relationship Management Team offering a long-term, stable projects that offers plenty of room for growth. This is a chance to expand your skills and learn from experienced professionals while working on for onboarding, educating, and empowering our Clients in the early part of their trading journey, and your contributions will be key in shaping something truly impactful.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Toronto office from time to time.
What You’ll Do?
Handle 100+ outgoing calls per day to warm leads as well as handle incoming inquiries via phone, email and SMS, as well as occasionally face-to-face in the office or event places.
Answer Client questions concerning OANDA’s products and services.
Provide support for existing Customers with all aspects of the trading experience, informing them of educational opportunities, market moving events, and platform walkthroughs.
Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
Document all Client communications in Salesforce®.
Obtain Series 3 and 34 licenses with the NFA within the first few months of employment to successfully complete the probationary period; OANDA will provide all necessary learning materials.
What Makes You a Good Fit?
Min. 3 years of phone-based sales or client-facing roles experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Fluent English.
Positive Customer-focused approach and pro-active attitude.
Willingness to continually upgrade skills and training with regards to financial markets, combined with an interest in international events.
Ability to work independent and as a part of the team.
Good organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Follow the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, consistently acting in accordance with ethical principles and organizational policies.
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce®.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets.
