Join us as a Full-Stack Engineer and help us build the financial tools that empower 500,000+ SMEs to gain full control over their finances. You will work on high-impact financial features that make SMEs and accountants lives easier, all under the guidance of Yanis, our Head of Engineering.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Full-Stack Engineer at Qonto, you will
• Own features end-to-end: Challenge design, write technical specs, and ship features to production in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Build robust financial tools: Design and implement scalable solutions for our pre-accounting features, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure high standards: Perform QA and write automated tests to guarantee the quality of your delivery.
• Work in a cross-functional Squad: Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to iterate fast and deliver value.

You will be working in a team led by Yanis, Head of Engineering.
• His background: With over 4 years at Qonto, Yanis grew from Lead Engineer to Head of Engineering. He has deep technical expertise in microservices and event-driven architectures, having built payment integrations from scratch.
• What he brings to the team: A pragmatic, generalist mindset. He enjoys working on both frontend and backend to solve user problems effectively.
• His management style: Yanis fosters a culture of transparency and continuous learning, encouraging engineers to share their successes and failures openly.

• Experience: You have a solid engineering background with experience in Go, React, or any modern full-stack environment. You are willing to learn our specific stack if you don't yet master it.
• Product Mindset: You are not just an executor; you understand the business value of your code and challenge specifications to build the best product.
• Quality Standards: You are used to writing your own tests and performing QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Problem Solving: You can break down complex engineering challenges into simple, deliverable solutions.
• Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
