1. Frontend Technical Strategy & Architecture Planning

Formulate the company’s frontend technical strategy, long-term and short-term technical roadmap, and system architecture plan, combining the company’s business development needs (digital currency trading, payment settlement) and industry technical trends (front-end engineering, cross-platform development, componentization, performance optimization, AI integration in front-end, etc.)[2].

Lead the design and optimization of the core frontend system architecture, determine the technical framework, technology stack (such as Vue3, React, TypeScript, Flutter, React Native), and development specifications, ensure the scalability, maintainability, reusability, and security of the frontend system.

Research and introduce advanced frontend technologies, tools, and methodologies (such as component library construction, module federation, CI/CD, performance monitoring, PWA), promote technical innovation and architecture optimization, improve development efficiency, system performance, and user experience.

Evaluate and select technical solutions for core business scenarios (such as high-concurrency trading interfaces, real-time data display, multi-terminal adaptation), provide technical decision support for business development, and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
2. Frontend System Development & Lifecycle Management

Oversee the full lifecycle of frontend system development (web, app, H5), including demand review, technical design, coding development, unit testing, integration testing, UAT testing, deployment, and online operation, ensuring that the development work is completed on time, with quality and quantity.

Supervise the development of core frontend modules, including trading interface, order operation, fund management, user center, real-time market display, risk control prompt, and message notification, ensuring that system functions meet business requirements and regulatory standards, and the user experience is optimized.

Manage frontend system iteration and maintenance work, monitor system operation status, collect and analyze user feedback and system performance data, identify and solve system bottlenecks (such as page loading speed, interaction fluency), fix online bugs in a timely manner, and continuously optimize system performance and user experience.

Coordinate with the DevOps team to build and optimize the CI/CD pipeline, improve the automation level of frontend deployment, testing, and operation and maintenance, reduce manual operations, and improve system deployment efficiency and stability.
3. Frontend Security & Compliance Management

Establish and improve the frontend system security management system, formulate security standards and specifications, and ensure that the frontend system meets data security, user privacy protection, and digital asset security requirements (such as data encryption, anti-XSS, anti-CSRF, sensitive information desensitization).

Lead the security development of frontend systems, conduct regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests, identify and fix security risks (such as data leakage, malicious tampering, interface abuse), and ensure the security of user assets and transaction data.

Ensure that frontend system development and operation comply with global regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA, local regulations) and app store review rules, cooperate with the compliance and risk control teams to complete system compliance reviews, regulatory filings, and security assessments, and provide relevant technical materials and explanations.

Ensure that the frontend interface complies with regulatory requirements (such as risk prompts, information disclosure), and coordinate with the compliance team to optimize the display of compliant content.
4. Team Management & Talent Development

Build, manage, and develop the frontend development team, formulate team structure, OKRs, performance assessment standards, and talent training plans, and improve the team’s overall professional capabilities (frontend development, architecture design, UI/UX integration, security development, etc.).

Arrange daily work assignments for the team, supervise work progress, solve complex technical difficulties in the development process (such as cross-terminal adaptation, high-concurrency interface optimization), and create a positive, collaborative, and high-performance technical team atmosphere.

Guide team members’ professional growth, cultivate technical backbones and frontend architects, organize technical training, technical sharing, and skill assessments, and build a professional frontend talent echelon.

Manage team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, motivate team members to achieve work goals, and retain core technical talents.
5. Cross-departmental Collaboration & Technical Coordination

Communicate closely with product, backend, UI/UX, compliance, risk control, operations, and other departments to understand business needs and user demands, coordinate frontend development-related work, and ensure that frontend systems are closely aligned with business development and user experience goals.

Coordinate with the backend development team to optimize API design and interface docking, ensure the smooth interaction between frontend and backend systems, and improve the overall product experience.

Cooperate with the UI/UX team to integrate design schemes into frontend development, ensure the consistency and beauty of the interface, and optimize the interactive experience of the product.

Communicate with external technical partners (app stores, third-party component providers, security service providers, etc.) to handle technical cooperation and coordination matters, and ensure the smooth operation of frontend systems.
6. Project & Resource Management

Manage key frontend development projects, formulate project plans, control project progress, cost, and quality, identify project risks (such as technical difficulties, demand changes), and put forward targeted risk mitigation measures.

Formulate the frontend development team’s budget plan, control development costs, reasonably allocate technical resources, and improve resource utilization efficiency.

Track and analyze project execution, conduct project summary and review, summarize experience and lessons, and continuously optimize project management processes.
Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of frontend development and management work experience, including 5+ years of senior frontend team management experience; preferred experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or large-scale internet financial institutions. Deep understanding of frontend development processes, system architecture design, and digital asset-related business models, with experience in leading the development and operation of large-scale frontend systems (supporting high concurrency, multi-terminal adaptation)[2].

Proficient in frontend development technologies and frameworks, familiar with at least one mainstream frontend technology stack (Vue3/React + TypeScript), with rich practical development experience in cross-platform development (Flutter/React Native) and web development.

Excellent frontend architecture design capabilities, able to design scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly frontend architectures for core business scenarios (such as high-concurrency trading systems, real-time data display systems).

Familiar with frontend security technologies (XSS, CSRF, data encryption, sensitive information desensitization), with experience in building and optimizing frontend security systems, and familiar with digital asset-related security compliance requirements.

Familiar with frontend performance optimization technologies (page loading speed, rendering performance, resource compression), and have practical experience in optimizing large-scale frontend systems to improve user experience.

Familiar with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring and alerting), proficient in using related tools (Webpack, Vite, Docker, Jenkins, Prometheus, etc.), able to improve the automation level of development and operation and maintenance.

Familiar with digital currency exchange-related business (spot trading, derivative trading, fund recharge and withdrawal, transaction settlement), able to convert business needs and user demands into frontend technical solutions and architecture designs.

Leadership & Management: Excellent leadership and senior team management capabilities, able to build and lead a high-performance frontend development team; strong strategic thinking, decision-making capabilities, and resource integration capabilities.

Technical Research & Innovation: Strong technical sensitivity and learning ability, able to track industry technical trends (such as frontend engineering, AI integration, cross-platform development), research and introduce advanced technologies, and promote technical innovation and architecture optimization.

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to effectively communicate with senior management, cross-departmental colleagues, external partners, and team members.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; relevant professional certifications (such as PMP, Frontend Engineer Certification) are preferred.

Has frontend senior management experience in compliant digital currency exchanges, familiar with the frontend development needs and compliance requirements of digital currency trading systems.

Has experience in leading the transformation of frontend systems (such as monolithic architecture to componentized architecture, traditional development to cross-platform development), with rich experience in frontend performance optimization and multi-terminal adaptation.

Has experience in handling large-scale frontend system failures and security incidents, and is proficient in formulating emergency response plans and solutions.

Familiar with blockchain technology and digital asset underlying logic, able to combine technical iteration to optimize frontend system functions, user experience, and security.
