This role
This role will work directly with the FP&A team and cross-functional partners to support forecasts, reporting, investment planning,headcount reconciliation, and financial systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities- Support quarterly and annual planning processes across departments
- Consolidate department inputs and align them to company-level financial targets
- Assist with modeling and scenario planning for strategic decisions
- Headcount Reconciliation Support:
- Assist with reconciling headcount data across systems such as PBCS, Rippling, NetSuite, and local files
- Help track variances between planned and actual headcount and compensation costs
- Provide backup and documentation during planning cycles and audits
- Contribute to monthly reporting packages (MFR), KPIs, and variance analyses
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across teams
- Systems & Process Optimization:
- Support data accuracy across financial systems (e.g., PBCS, NetSuite, Rippling, Kyriba)
- Assist with mapping, uploads, and validation during planning and reporting cycles
- Help to troubleshoot system-related data issues in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with department heads and finance partners to gather inputs and provide updates
- Communicate planning assumptions and financial impacts clearly and timely
- Support tracking and analysis of non-FTE investment proposals
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle PBCS, NetSuite, and Rippling
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex data sets
- Good communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-growth or international company
- Familiarity with payroll reports and headcount planning processes
- SQL or other data query tools a plus
