This is more than a traditional administrative role. The right person is highly resourceful, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, high-level support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including complex calendar management, travel planning across multiple time zones and geographies, expense management, and meeting coordination.
Manage the day-to-day operating rhythm for the CRO, including meeting preparation, agenda coordination, briefing materials, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Act as a strategic partner by anticipating executive needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Exercise strong judgment to determine what requires the CRO's attention, what can be delegated, and when to escalate or shield from noise.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational friction points before they impact executive productivity.
  • Prepare, edit, and refine executive-level presentations, reports, talking points, and internal/external communications with a high bar for clarity, polish, and accuracy.
  • Serve as a liaison between CRO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide occasional support on work-adjacent personal logistics that enable executive effectiveness during demanding travel periods or business-critical moments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on key action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Build and continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows that increase productivity, responsiveness, and organizational leverage.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including at least some experience supporting C-level leaders, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional judgment and the ability to make smart decisions independently in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills, including the ability to create and refine executive-ready materials (e.g., slides, reports, briefing notes, emails).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.).

Preferred skills
  • Experience in scaling organizations or startup environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting investor relations or board-level communications.
  • Comfort handling occasional work-adjacent personal logistics that support executive effectiveness in demanding periods.
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel and scheduling across multiple time zones.

What we're looking for
  • A calm, highly organized operator who creates order in fast-moving environments.
  • Someone with strong judgment who knows how to prioritize, when to escalate, and how to represent leadership effectively.
  • A polished communicator who can produce high-quality written materials and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, resourceful partner who solves problems before they become distractions.
  • A trusted professional who combines discretion, responsiveness, and a genuine service mindset with high standards.
