Who are you?

You are DealMaker’s most senior relationship lead, entrusted with guiding our highest-profile, most strategic issuers through their capital raise and beyond. As a core driver of issuer sentiment and repeat business, this role demands full ownership of the customer relationship, deep fluency across marketing and compliance, and the ability to instill confidence and momentum across every interaction.


You will act not just as an advisor, but as the quarterback—commanding complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns and ensuring they run with the highest standard of excellence. You will anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure every issuer sees DealMaker as a white-glove, full-service partner. Your success is measured by the number of issuers that return for their next raise.


What you will do

Strategic Relationship Management

- Own the end-to-end relationship with Enterprise and strategic-tier issuers, becoming the single most trusted voice throughout their capital formation lifecycle.

- Operate with executive-level presence, earning trust with C-suite stakeholders and their advisors to establish DealMaker as a premium, long-term partner.

- Set clear expectations and translate high-level strategic vision into tactical, day-to-day execution across internal and external teams.

- Actively contribute to repeat raise strategy and execution, positioning DealMaker as the only logical partner for future capital raises.

Flawless Deal Execution:

- Navigate complex regulatory, technical, and marketing challenges with confidence, bringing project management discipline and rapid problem resolution.

- Own critical-path milestones across legal, marketing, and onboarding, acting as the escalation point for high-risk campaigns and leading coordination when needed.

- Champion cross-functional collaboration to resolve bottlenecks and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Customer-Led Optimization Insights:

- Rigorously monitor every aspect of the raise, identifying performance red flags early and intervening with precision and authority.

- Lead conversations around campaign performance, helping issuers understand what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change to hit their goals.

- Represent the voice of the customer in strategic product discussions and process design, always seeking ways to scale impact through technology.


What skills you need

- Extensive direct experience in capital formation, investment banking, venture capital, or securities law.

- A proven track record of managing high-stakes accounts in capital markets, investor services, or high-growth fintech environments.

- Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns with measurable performance impact.

- Deep working knowledge of what drives performance in capital raising campaigns, including digital investor marketing and compliance operations.

- Mastery in project management, with the ability to coordinate across departments and move campaigns from strategy to flawless execution.

- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain control under pressure, and advise at the C-suite level.

- Comfort and confidence in handling urgent, high-stakes situations to keep deals on track.
