The Customer Growth and Experience (CGX) team at Plaid owns the entire lifecycle of the developer and customer journey—from first interaction to long-term success. The Customer Platform team is a team within the CGX org that owns the foundational components of the customer journey: our core dashboard systems, customer risk evaluation infrastructure, and orchestration to manage the “customer” core nouns at Plaid.

Responsibilities
  • Engineering Management of this multi-team area across the Product Engineering organization.
  • Responsible for: Directly setting and driving the team’s roadmap and execution on a 6+ month horizon (in collaboration with PM partners).
  • Leading their team to ship and deploy projects that scale across multiple teams. 
  • Coaching, leading, and growing a team of 9+ Engineers.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer
  • Experience owning a production product and working with a product manager and/or business partners to drive business impact
  • Deep experience with full-stack architecture and systems
  • Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams

$214,800 - $366,000 biweekly
Target base salary for this role is between $214,800 and $366,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission is dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
