Build something people love
Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining what it means to manage your money. Using smart technology, we take financial services that are often confusing, opaque and expensive and make them transparent and low-cost for everyone. We’re the largest fintech company in Canada, with over 3+ million users who trust us with more than $100 billion in assets.
Our teams ship often and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. We're looking for talented people who keep it simple and value collaboration and humility as we continue to create inclusive and high-performing teams where people can be inspired to do their best work.
We are hiring for a Director, Product Marketing, Wealth Management to partner with R&D and marketing leadership to accelerate the growth of our Wealth Management offering.
About the Role
In this role you will be expected to be a thought partner to senior Product and Investment Research leadership to develop the product’s value prop and our right to win in the category, develop the product narrative, building connected go-to-market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and work with a cross-functional team to develop and bring integrated marketing campaigns and iterative growth efforts to market. You'll bring your expertise in developing the right value proposition, positioning, messaging, channel strategy and growth plans that drive adoption and sustained growth and resonate with existing and prospective clients.
The opportunity. Wealthsimple is evolving from “Managed” into Wealth Management, a platform that helps passive investors choose the right approach as their needs become more complex. You’ll be accountable for building the GTM engine to support targets like: (1) upgrading hundreds of thousands of clients into Custom/Signature portfolios and scaling advice adoption; (2) Driving net deposits and cross-sold assets through a measurable, repeatable cross-sell engine; (3) Building category trust through clearer performance storytelling, education, and transparency
