FloQast is building the indispensable "home base" for the modern accountant—an AI-driven single pane of glass experience where work is truly automated.  As Director of Product, Ecosystem, you will define and execute the strategy for which third-party systems—from ERPs and subledgers to emerging fintech vendors—FloQast must integrate with to unlock maximum value for our customers.

You’ll understand and translate customer use cases into a roadmap of high-impact data and agent integrations, driving end-to-end execution in collaboration with Engineering, Partnership, and Go-To-Market teams.  Leveraging our modern data platform and MCP capabilities, you will ensure FloQast is the hub of the accounting ecosystem.  In this key role, you will be the bridge between R&D, our partners, and the customer, ensuring our AI agents have the data and "hands" they need to automate workflows across the entire fintech stack.

What You'll Do:
  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap to relaunch FloHub with high-impact, deep data & agent integrations – scaling it into a world-class marketplace that eventually includes partner applications.
  • Deliver and manage integrations that empower our AI agents and wider product suite – leveraging data and executing actions across many third-party systems our customers are using (Banking, AP/AR, e-commerce, CRM, etc).
  • Strategic R&D Leadership: Work cross-functionally to define customer use cases, technical requirements, and implementation approaches for all third-party integrations.
  • Collaboration with Ecosystem Partners: You’ll work closely with the product/technical teams we’re partnering with, building a relationship and collaborating on use cases for our mutual customers.
  • Full Lifecycle Ownership: From identifying the "why" behind an integration/partnership to managing its development and launch, you’ll fully own every ecosystem play.
  • Customer-Centric Roadmap: Stay obsessed with user needs, ensuring our integrations to solve real-world friction for accounting and finance teams.  Keep tabs on the ecosystem to see where FloQast should be strategically partnering next.

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven Ecosystem Track Record: 8+ years of Product Management experience with a specific focus on platform/ecosystem growth.
  • Technical Depth: Computer Science or Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of API architecture, webhooks, data schemas, and data ingestion pipelines.  Strong understanding of how structured data powers AI experiences.
  • A self-driver who can move from a high-level "reboot" strategy to the granular details of a technical implementation without missing a beat.
  • FinTech Fluency: Experience in the FinTech or Accounting tech space with working knowledge of ERPs (e.g. NetSuite, Sage, SAP) and the broader FinTech stack (banking, payroll, AP/AR, etc).  Understanding of needs around financial data integrity.
  • AI & Future-Tech Curiosity: You’ve been following the evolution of AI agents. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or building partnerships that involve autonomous AI actions is a major bonus.
