- Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensures people, plans, resources, and processes within Cybersecurity and Fraud Management (CSFM) are aligned with GCash’s strategic objectives.
- Lead Strategic Planning & Execution: Facilitates department-wide strategic planning by identifying risks, opportunities, and aligning initiatives with business direction; oversees implementation across functions to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders; sets priorities, mobilizes cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment across enterprise initiatives.
- Program Governance & Reporting: Curates high-impact reports, including Management Reports and Leadership updates, to communicate progress, risks, and support needed; supports audit, risk, and compliance closure as part of governance.
- Capability & Transformation Management: Aligns capability roadmaps with strategic priorities; monitors and reports value streams of transformation efforts across CSFM to drive sustainable and measurable impact.
