About ViaBill

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to help our customers with everyday questions and ensure a smooth and professional experience with ViaBill.

What you will do- Support customers with questions related to payments, orders, and accounts
- Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
- Follow internal procedures and guidelines, including compliance-related checks
- Accurately register and document cases in our support system
- Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Support and Operations
About you- Native Danish speaker or fluent at a professional level
- Strong command of English, which is our working language
- Experience in customer support or another customer-facing role
- Clear and professional communicator with a strong service mindset
- Structured and reliable, comfortable handling multiple cases in parallel
- Calm and professional, even in challenging situations
- Confident using digital tools and support systems
- Motivated to learn and work in a fast-moving environment
