• Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team. 解决社区成员提出的问题并解答疑问,代表核心团队提供支持和帮助。
• Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimization.收集社区对产品和活动的反馈和建议,并协助产品优化。
• Manage the user community on platforms such as Telegram/Discord/Wechat, create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance, incentive programs and tools.管理 Telegram/Discord/微信等平台上的用户社区,通过自主治理、激励机制和工具创建高质量、目标明确的社区群组。
