⭐ Mission:
Join us as a Community & Event Manager for our French Market to strengthen brand attachment among our 600,000 satisfied customers by offering premium experiences at scale. You'll be dedicated to transforming our existing client base into a powerful growth engine through community engagement, events, and word-of-mouth amplification.
As the Community & Event Manager, you will work closely with Delphine, our Head of Marketing, and create premium experiences that differentiate Qonto from competitors and turn satisfied customers into loyal brand advocates.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Community & Event Manager at Qonto, you will:
- Leverage and grow our two key communities: the Ambassador Program with over 1,000 members and StrongHer, our community for women entrepreneurs
- Design and execute large-scale premium events and experiences that engage existing customers and showcase the differentiated client experience Qonto provides to all entrepreneurs, including entrepreneurs in region
- Amplify word-of-mouth and referrals by driving fully engaged clients to talk about the Qonto brand, increasing organic referrals and strengthening brand attachment
- Boost social media visibility by using client engagement activities to demonstrate on social media that being a Qonto client is a premium experience not available with competitors
- Coordinate with multiple product streams, Brand, Social Media, CRM teams, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of community and event initiatives across all customer touchpoints
🤔 What you can expect:
- Market Context: You'll be building a completely new function focused on our French solopreneurs customers, with the opportunity to create strategies from scratch and directly impact revenue growth through existing customer engagement
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, CRM, Customer Experience, Events, and Content teams in a highly cross-functional environment where your initiatives will touch multiple product streams and customer touchpoints
- Methodologies: We value structured approaches to customer engagement, using data-driven personalization and industry-specific segmentation to create meaningful customer experiences that drive both satisfaction and revenue
- Impact Measurement: Focus on measurable outcomes including average revenue per customer (ARPA), referral conversion rates, feature adoption by industry segment, and customer engagement metrics

Delphine values autonomy and drive in her team members, encouraging hands-on approaches including writing campaigns and managing projects independently. She supports professional growth by fostering creativity and maintaining close client contact to inform strategy. With her background in marketing and customer engagement, Delphine brings strategic vision while giving you the freedom to build and execute your own initiatives in this new role.
🏅About You:
- Community & Event Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience with a proven track record organizing events and building communities at scale, ideally in a B2C environnement. You are able to design original client experiences that can be delivered at high volume to reach a large customer base.
- Creative at Scale: You combine creativity to design differentiated experiences and community initiatives with innovative new channels and tools.
- Rigor: You have strong organizational skills and rigor to successfully execute events and manage logistics at scale
- Experimental & Scrappy: You are comfortable with A/B testing new approaches, taking a hands-on DIY attitude, and personally executing initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial Focus: You are passionate about serving entrepreneurial audiences and understand how to engage these communities; having already gained experience as a freelancer is a plus.
- Cross-functional Coordination: You have successfully coordinated complex projects across multiple teams (Social Media, Influence, Marketing, Product) and can prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- You are fluent in French and English.
