Leads and defines data governance policies and procedures related to Commercial data
Monitors, analyzes, and improves data quality
Manages end-to-end data lifecycle, from acquisition to archival
Leads master data management initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency of master data
Manages and oversees metadata management, creating and maintaining comprehensive data dictionaries
Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)
Deep understanding of collected data and how they are handled
Critical thinking skills to solve problems and make effective decisions
Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
Experience with data quality tools and methodologies
Experience in master data management and metadata management
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)
Accurate and consistent master data across the organization
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to data management
Defines and implements data quality KPIs to enhance overall data integrity
Ensures clear documentation of data sources, transformations, and storage
Works closely with IT and business units to implement effective data solutions
Ensures comprehensive metadata management to support data understanding and lineage
