Oversee External Collections Agencies’ operations and performance to ensure targets are met
Ensure reports are available for management and are generated in a timely manner and provide insights to drive strategy and process/operational improvements
Conduct audits and monitor quality on all client touchpoints with External Collections Agencies and ensure performance and compliance to company policies and to regulations
Identify processes that can be optimized and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of both internal and external teams.
Manage projects and initiatives to address potential concerns or to drive new strategies
Knowledgeable in Debt Collections (Call Center, VoiceBot, Field, Skip Trace and Litigation) with strong orientation towards Customer Experience
Detail-oriented which supports his/her project management and process improvement skills
Identifies problems in meeting key performance indicators, resolve them to the satisfaction of the business objectives
Continually raises the standard of quality in the work of self and others
Drive debt collections by maintaining optimal performance of External Collections Agency
Projects and initiatives to drive new collection strategies and/or process efficiency
