Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client’s business model to effectively promote and cross-sell Unlimit’s solutions, drive portfolio growth, and support clients in optimizing their payment account activities.
  • Assess client needs and deliver tailored strategies to strengthen partnerships and enhance long-term cooperation with existing customers.
  • Open and manage current accounts for both corporate and retail clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide exceptional client service by delivering professional support, timely follow-up, and resolution of operational requests.
  • Partner with Compliance/AML and Operations teams to ensure seamless account openings and efficient ongoing relationship management.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including documentation and regulatory requirements across Hong Kong, Singapore, and other jurisdictions.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive engagement and satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
  • Experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the banking/payments or corporate services industry
  • Proven track record of offering excellent customer support
  • Driven and self-motivated to reach targets
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful
  • Proven ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
