We are looking for a Client Communications Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing Team.

The Client Communications Specialist connects our clients to Cuscal’s work and to each other through timely, relevant and engaging communications that reflect our role as trusted advisers and disciplined disruptors.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Manage and develop Client communication content, initiatives, and channels, with the overarching objective of protecting and promoting Cuscal's brand, in keeping with communications best practice.
Work with key internal stakeholders to deliver annual cyclical Client communications including Voice of the Client (VOCL).
Act as first point of contact for externally focused BAU (Notices, Bulletins, etc.) communication queries and enquiries.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure that Cuscal’s tone of voice and corporate language is consistently delivered through all types of communications.
Lead development and roll out of Monthly Client Communication and the biannual Client Product Communications.
Provide support as required on Crisis Communications.

About You:

You’ll bring strength and expertise in client engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver clear, timely and relevant content that reflects Cuscal’s values and strategic priorities.To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant tertiary qualification
Demonstrated experience delivering external communication in a corporate environment
Experience creating engaging campaigns and materials
Strong proficiency in CRM Dynamics or similar CRM software tools with a high technical proficiency for learning new tools
Proficient in the use of technology to create engaging visual content, including Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
