Comprehensively review and organize best practices of Corporate Actions in the international securities industry, and output standardized business processes.
Play a key role in the reconstruction and design of back-office systems related to Corporate Actions, ensuring systems comply with industry standards while balancing client experience, business efficiency, and system scalability.
Collaborate with technology, operations, and compliance teams to promote system implementation and iteration, ensuring project delivery quality and timeliness.
Support global business expansion, rapidly respond to regulatory policy or market rule changes (e.g., T+1 settlement), and propose system adaptation solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, financial engineering, or related fields.
More than 3 years of experience in securities/financial industry clearing and settlement system products, familiar with full lifecycle management of Corporate Actions (announcement → processing → settlement); candidates with back-office system reconstruction project experience are preferred.
Possess securities/derivatives investment experience, familiar with market trading rules and settlement processes, and able to optimize system design based on business pain points.
Fluent in English, capable of proficiently reading international clearing organization documents and using English as the working language for communication.
Additional Preferences
Understanding of Corporate Action and Post-Trade solutions from companies such as Broadridge and S&P.
Hold financial-related certifications such as CFA or FRM.
Interest in applying technologies like AI and big data in the financial sector, and able to propose innovative optimization solutions based on business scenarios.
