As the core leader of the company’s growth function, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) growth build for C-end APP in the core regions of emerging markets (including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, etc.), developing and implementing full-cycle strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization that deeply align with regional user characteristics, cultural contexts, and compliance requirements. You will build a 0-to-1 overseas growth team adapted to multi-regional markets, with the core goal of driving the product to break through 10,000+ core users and achieve sustained growth in target markets, and building a sustainable growth system. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will quickly respond to market uncertainty and high-pressure business environments across regions, oversee the optimization of digital marketing channels, and establish core growth barriers for the company’s overseas business.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Growth Strategy Formulation: Focus on the core regions of emerging markets (including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, etc.). Develop differentiated 0-to-1 growth strategies for C-end APP based on user personas, consumption habits, cultural differences, policies & regulations, and competitor landscape in each region. Define phased growth goals for each region (with breaking through 10,000+ core users and achieving sustained growth as the core, and simultaneously implementing supporting indicators such as user retention rate and DAU/MAU), synchronize the cross-regional business implementation rhythm, and ensure the orderly achievement of growth goals.
- Multi-regional Team Building & Management: Build an overseas growth team covering Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America from 0 to 1. Plan the regional team structure and division of labor, formulate recruitment standards, training systems, and performance incentive mechanisms. Focus on the core goal of breaking through 10,000+ core users and achieving sustained growth, build an efficient growth combat unit adapted to the characteristics of different regional markets, and ensure the coordinated progress of cross-regional business.
- Regional Channel Operation & Advertising: Oversee mainstream digital marketing channels in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and leading local advertising platforms (e.g., Snapchat in the Middle East, Mercado Libre Ads in South America). Simultaneously implement SEO, SEM, GEO and other tools, optimize advertising strategies according to traffic rules and user reach habits of each region, strictly control customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI), and provide channel support for breaking through 10,000+ core users and achieving sustained growth.
- Growth Loop Iteration & Optimization: Build a unified cross-regional data monitoring system, conduct real-time analysis of core indicators such as customer acquisition cost, user retention, conversion paths, and monetization efficiency across regions. Rapidly iterate growth strategies, build a regionalized growth loop of "acquisition - activation - retention - monetization", and ensure the product successfully breaks through 10,000+ core users and achieves sustained, stable growth in target markets.
- Cross-regional Compliance & Collaboration: Strictly comply with relevant policies such as data privacy, advertising compliance, and cultural taboos in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America to avoid business risks. Collaborate in-depth with product, R&D, business and other departments, promote the linkage implementation of growth strategies with regionalized product functions and local operational activities, synchronize cross-regional growth results and data reviews, and help achieve the core growth goal (breaking through 10,000+ core users and achieving sustained growth).
- Market Dynamics & Risk Response: Continuously track policy changes, traffic dividends, and user demand iterations in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South American markets. Quickly respond to emergencies in regional markets, formulate emergency growth plans, and maintain efficient decision-making, rapid execution, and cross-regional coordination capabilities in a high-pressure environment to ensure the timely achievement of the goal of breaking through 10,000+ core users and support subsequent sustained growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with knowledge reserve of overseas markets (especially emerging markets) is preferred.
- English is a working language, with fluent oral communication and written expression skills, able to independently complete the writing and cross-regional communication of multi-regional market documents and launch plans.
- Possess verifiable practical experience in C-end APP overseas promotion from 0 to 1, and successfully achieve explosive user scale growth to 10,000+ core users for the product, with clear growth path and quantifiable achievement data. Candidates with practical experience in breaking through 10,000+ core users and achieving sustained growth are preferred.
- Possess complete experience in building an overseas growth team from 0 to 1, be familiar with the team’s job configuration, management logic, and cross-regional efficient collaboration mode, and be able to lead the team to focus on core goals and promote the breakthrough of 10,000+ core users and sustained growth.
- Candidates with practical overseas growth experience of domestic enterprises in any region of emerging markets (including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, etc.) are preferred, and be familiar with user characteristics, market logic, and advertising rules of target regions, able to quickly adapt to regional markets and help achieve core growth goals.
- Proficient in the operation and optimization logic of overseas digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, GEO, with practical cases of multi-regional high-ROI advertising. Candidates with understanding of local marketing channel resources in each region are preferred, able to support the breakthrough of 10,000+ core users and sustained growth through channel optimization.
