We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Regulated Data Services team.

In an increasingly data-driven marketplace, access to consumer data is the key to value creation and profitable growth. The rollout of the Consumer Data Right (CDR) empowers Australian businesses to offer their customers greater choice, control and convenience, by leveraging consumer data. As a trusted CDR partner, Cuscal provides the infrastructure and connectivity solutions businesses need to connect to this open data ecosystem.

Cuscal has leveraged nearly 60 years of experience managing sensitive payments data, to create solutions that help businesses comply with the CDR. These include data holder, data recipient and data holder production verification testing.

About the Role:

Work with stakeholders to understand needs, manage conflicts, and validate requirements.

Form and maintain effective relationships with third parties such as Vendors, Outsourced Partners, Business Partners and Clients

Organise and synthesise stakeholder information, apply analysis techniques, and ensure artefacts meet quality standards.

Capture, manage, and communicate requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business needs.

Prepare and present business analysis artefacts according to Community of Practice (COP) standards.

Collaborate on cost & time estimation for business analysis tasks and support Go-Live plans and activities.

Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to support project goals and business value

Perform value stream mapping and user story mapping to illustrate end-to-end business processes and identify improvements.

Understand TDD and BDD concepts to support end-to-end quality engineering outcomes through well-defined user stories and artefacts.

About You:

Proven Business Analysis experience with a preference for delivering SaaS and/or B2B products

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce or equivalent

Proven ability to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria with supporting artefacts such as technical specifications, sequence diagrams and data mapping that align and support the business outcome.

Advanced presentation, communication and visual thinking skills

Proven experience in delivering results to meet customer (or client) expectations

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies/tools and experience writing user stories.
