About Team
Our team is responsible for building and evolving API integrations with external brokers. We design and develop broker APIs from the ground up, with a clear goal: make our platform easy to integrate with and attractive for as many partners as possible.We focus strongly on modern, well-documented, and up-to-date APIs, ensuring high quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Our solutions are used across multiple markets, including Mexico, Australia, and the Baltic countries, which gives our work a truly international scope.The team is cross-functional and works in Scrum. It includes software developers, testers, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner. As a Business Analyst, you would play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions and shaping APIs that are used by external partners.
This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action
You’ll identify and recommend effective business process solutions in the finance area, considering integrations with external partners, other systems and domains,
You’ll navigate and design API documentation, spotting potential integration challenges and opportunities (REST Api, Apache Kafka),
You'll use Postman Swagger to testing and documentation purposes,
You’ll analyse front-end behavior and flows to ensure consistency with back-end logic and business requirements,
You’ll conduct end-to-end process analysis – from business logic and system rules to customer segments and different user paths.
You’ll use strong analytical skills to uncover real business needs and propose alternative solutions.
You’ll focus on delivering real value to both users and the business, while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
You’ll be a part of IT Team, collaborate with external partners & business representatives and moderate meetings in a structured and effective way.
You’ll gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability.
You’ll decompose epics into stories and tasks, organize them, and ensure product and feature descriptions are easily understandable for developers and testers.
You’ll apply advanced analysis techniques such as functional decomposition, user stories, use cases & scenarios, user story mapping, process and system modeling (BPMN/UML), and visual thinking.
You’ll communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively across international teams.
You’ll demonstrate a proactive, disciplined, and delivery-focused mindset, able to work independently and drive results.
You’ll support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, helping maintain focus on customer and business priorities.
You’ll work in an Agile environment, adapting quickly to dynamic and changing contexts.
