Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director who can both develop bold creative concepts and execute them directly.
This is not a traditional role. If you’re looking for a predictable, routine-driven position — this is not it.
We’re looking for someone who thinks differently, challenges the expected, and pushes creative boundaries. Someone who can translate dopay’s innovative positioning into fresh, non-conventional ideas, visuals, and executions that stand out.
You will own the idea and bring it to life yourself — across design, video, motion, and on-ground brand experiences.
You’ll also be responsible for a 360° creative approach, ensuring all channels — digital and offline — are visually connected and aligned with dopay’s brand framework and guidelines.
You’ll play a key role in shaping dopay’s visual presence across campaigns, social media, product communication, distribution touchpoints, and events — working closely with content, marketing, and product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and content
- Take ownership from concept to execution (hands-on)
- Build and maintain a 360° creative vision across all channels
- Ensure all outputs are connected, consistent, and aligned with dopay’s brand framework
- Design and produce creatives across:
- Social media
- Paid media
- Website & landing pages
- Product launches & campaigns
- Define, evolve and create the social media art direction and visual framework
- Create scroll-stopping visuals optimized for performance
- Execute video editing, motion graphics, and animation
- Produce short-form videos, explainers, and product content
- Lead creative for on-ground presence, including:
- Distribution points across multiple governorates
- Event booths and brand activations
- Printed materials (flyers, brochures, handouts, whitepapers, and marketing collateral)
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to bring ideas to life consistently across all channels, ensuring a unified 360° brand experience
- Ensure all output aligns with dopay’s brand identity and tone
Tools & Capabilities
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Video editing & motion design
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
- MidJourney
- Nano Banana
- Other generative AI tools

- Experience in digital-first environments (agency, fintech, tech)
